Luis Aviles is a 2017 C/OF/1B with a 5-11 190 lb. frame from Palmetto Bay, FL who attends Westminster Christian HS. Medium build with good present strength, pretty mature physically. Right handed hitter, big leg lift load, gets it down well, has good flow to his swing, aggressive hitting approach, has lift in his swing and some bat speed, hit very well in games and showed his power. Has good quickness and athleticism behind the plate, good footwork throwing, game pops in drills, makes accurate throws. Also plays the outfield. Bat is his carrying tool at present. Very good student.
