Garett Wallace is a 2018 3B/IF with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Sanford, FL who attends Lake Mary HS. Strong well proportioned athletic build, especially strong for a 2018. Right handed hitter, has a line drive swing plane with good extension out front, will dip his back shoulder at times but is well balanced, swings hard and creates bat speed, ball jumps off the barrel and can drive it pull side, has hitting potential. 7.60 runner, tools are solid for third base, arm strength plays with good accuracy on his throws, hands were sure, was balanced charging the ball, can speed up his release. Prototype third base tools and build and should hit. Good student.
