Kevin Milam is a 2016 3B/RHP with a 6-0 205 lb. frame from Brentwood, CA who attends Heritage HS. Big and strong physical build, fairly mature physically. Right handed hitter, good shift into contact, uses his whole body strength well, loose swing with good extension out front, has a feel for the barrel and makes solid contact against good stuff, looks off balance at times but still maintains barrel control, high average natural hitting skills, barrels the ball up with some gap power. 7.21 runner, playable defensive tools at third base, has some arm strength from a low release angle, can improve defensively with lower half agility work. Type of player who looks much better in games than in a workout. Good student, verbal commitment to St. Mary's.
