Jacob Nappi is a 2014 LHP/ with a 5-10 160 lb. frame from Little Silver, NJ who attends Red Bank Reg. Medium build with some room to grow, looks athletic. Left-handed thrower, works from a high three quarter arm slot, shows good arm speed and creates a downward angle. Uses a high leg kick and gets good extension out in front. Fastball gets up to 82 mph, and really knows how to mix his pitches. Has advanced feel for 11-5 curveball and changeup. Works down in the zone consistently with two-seam run. Impressive three pitch mix, knows how to live on the edges of the zone. Good student.
