Alex Lavisky is a 2010 C/3B with a 6'1'', 210 lb. frame from Cleveland, OH who attends St. Edward HS. Solid athletic build, good upper body strength. Busy open hitting approach, quick hands, advanced ability to square up, quick and short to ball, hard contact, showed power, can make adjustments at the plate, not the prettiest but very effective, natural hitter. Good arm strength behind the plate, release is long for now but can easily shorten, soft hands receiving, light on feet, has tools to catch at any level. Could create strong draft interest.
