Wilhelmsen is a must follow for every scout in his territory. He is one of the most projectable pitching talents in the land. His arm works nicely and he is developing a good breaking ball. He has room to get stronger and better yet. What he showed us in Tropicana was a 92 mph fastball and a lively 79 mph slurve. Anything is possible for this tall right-hander.
