Braiden Owen is a 2027 1B/RHP, 3B, OF with a 6-2 240 lb. frame from North Richland Hills, TX who attends Richland High School. Physical build with present size. Ran a 8.84 in the sixty. Showed well in infield and first base drills. Works from longer arm slot and developing transfer. Heavier footwork but made plays on backhand. Comfortable actions at first and good turn to bag with accuracy across. Works it deep. Also pitched, high three-quarter slot and stays in line. Subtle run to fastball that missed bats, developing shape to breaking ball. Right-handed hitter, high hand set and open stance. Back hip uncoils and clears well. Solid impact off the barrel and power potential shows. Loud barrels to the pull-side gap.
