Lucas Taylor is a 2028 C/RHP, SS, UT with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Leander, TX who attends Leander. Compact, wiry build. Ran a 7.83 in the sixty. Catcher, developing pop time with a 2.20 time Quicker exchange with some fundamentals. Solid accuracy with developing arm strength. Also showed well at infield and outfield drills. Deeper funnel with developing arm strength. Gets glove down on time and works through it. Showed well on the grass with confident charge, longer arm action. Right-handed hitter, upright and open stance with narrow base. Gets on plane at points with some feel up the middle. More strength at the point of contact as he physically matures.
