Bryan Garcia is a 2026 C/RHP, IF, OF with a 5-7 110 lb. frame from El Paso, TX who attends Del Valle. Recorded a 8.29 second sixty-yard dash time. Small, slender frame with a high waist and plenty of time to physically mature. Primary catcher that receives from a side-saddle stance with segmented movements upon catching the ball, works uphill to throw and recorded arm strength up to 63 mph behind the plate. Gains ground towards his target, while using a rounder mid-line transfer and exchange. Secondary right-handed pitcher that worked from an abbreviated windup, using a short leg lift into balance and a shorter stride out to foot strike. Uptempo pace to the delivery with shorter arm action and some heaviness to his fastball. Fastball worked in the low-to-mid 60s for the majority of his outing, topping out at 69 mph from a high three-quarters arm slot. Proficient strike thrower with developing command of the strike zone. Aggressive mentality, goes right at hitters and will continue to improve with additional arm strength. Needs to add a secondary offering in order to maximize the position and has plenty of time to do so. Right-handed hitter that hits from an even stance with a deep hand set, high back elbow and toe-tap trigger. Intent based swing with some present bat speed and developing feel for the barrel. Whole field approach with occasional line drives through the middle-of-the field and pull-side. Repeatable stroke that will continue to improve with additional strength.
