Logan Carney is a 2024 1B/OF with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Mesa, AZ who attends Red Mountain. Athletic build with good traits all around. Ran a 7.34 in the sixty yard dash. Showed well in outfield and first base drills, gets the glove down early and sound accuracy in all facets. Longer arm slot but handles himself well. Right-handed hitter, wider base and high hand set with simple stride. Good extension, comes off well with some torque to his core. Gets into lower half. Louder sprays to both gaps, solid strength at contact that can develop. Good round. Excellent student.
