2021 Sunshine Rocky Mountain Showcase (Tues/Wed)
Luziano Casados is a 2022 OF/1B with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Albuquerque, NM who attends Sandia Preparatory. Medium build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.19 seconds. Primary outfielder who did a nice job of getting momentum built up behind his throws and it allowed him to throw an 80 mph throw as his best from the outfield grass. Also worked out at 1B in the infield and showed smooth and proper footwork around the bag. At the plate he hits out of a square and balanced stance. His bat path has some natural loft to it and he showcased some solid bat speed. Good student.
