Danny Glenos is a 2018 RHP/OF with a 6-5 210 lb. frame from Suwanee, GA who is home schooled. Extra-large, athletic frame with broad shoulders and long arms, present physical strength throughout with mature build; additional room to fill. Primary righthanded pitcher, works exclusively out of the stretch, begins delivery with a high leg lift up past belt, has some moving parts to delivery and lands slightly open with strike foot. Full arm action through the back and occasionally gets mistimed prior to release with lower half, works to an extended three-quarters release, able to generate short running life when on top of ball and working down in zone; fastball topped out at 86 mph. Can continue to incorporate lower half into drive, can jam hitters on inner half with fastball, maintained velocity. Showed confidence in curveball, 11-5 shape up to 73 mph, can land pitch for strikes. Flashed nice changeup in warm ups up to 73 mph and showed a slider with short tilt at 77 mph in live action with a cross body finish. Righthanded hitter, begins with a high hand set in the box and gets on time with moving parts in load. Steady loud contact with big jump off the barrel, incorporates physical strength to create solid bat speed through the zone. Leverage out front at point of contact, gets inside the ball with hands at times just maintains looseness well. Best contact to pull side with a sound launch angle, made the left field fence look short at times. Named to PG Top Prospect Games Top Prospect List. Very good student.
