Deacon Cicero is a 2028 LHP/1B with a 5-9 160 lb. frame from Bryant, AR who attends Little Rock Christian Academy. Clean delivery with preset hinge into the backside. The arm action is loose with release out of a three-quarters slot. Fastball shows quality arm side run back to the outer third with overall command that lived and created whiffs in the zone. The curveball is well advanced for the age with tight spin and solid depth. Still mowing kids down in the second inning, really solid outing. At first base, he preps well, fields in rhtyhm, and moves well off the bag to go along with decent arm strength. At the plate, he shows a connected load with a huge leg kick, tends to get off the front side a bit. Could benefit from added strength in this area of his game. 8.86 60-yard. Outstanding student. Named to the Top Prospect list.
