Will Lawrence is a 2023 C/1B, 3B with a 6-3 205 lb. frame from Hoover, AL who attends Hoover. Recorded 7.52 seconds in the sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher sets behind the dish with a compact and even base while showing soft hands and a smooth transfer as he gains great ground to second base using a strong arm and great foot work. Lawrence threw at a recorded 77 mph and had a pop time of 1.92. Right-handed hitter steps to the plate with a strong base and frame, a low handset, a knee leg lift trigger, and brings his hands down while separating them as he loads the backside well using good hip rotation. He also shows great barrel control with tremendous pop to pull side. Tremendous student.
