Delainey Bargfrede is a 2024 RHP/1B, OF, UT from Webster City, IA who attends Webster City. Delainey is a great two way athlete who not only can help her team out on the mound but is a great utility player as well. Defensively she is a power pitcher who throws a fastball, change up, curveball, dropball and riseball. She does a really nice job spotting her pitches. Her drop ball has good late break and does a good job maintaining her posture on this pitch. Rise ball is a great compliment to her drop ball, spots it well up in the zone and it can be utilized as a great chase pitch. Overall very solid foundation and she will continue to get better and better. Offensively, she is a right handed stand in hitter who has good power potential. Does a great job working the ball through the middle of the field and when she is on time generates big power through the ball. Overall Delaney is an athletic player who has the potential to be a big asset to any lineup.
